Asia and Latin America, European universities need to overhaul the way in which they operate internationally, but also in providing their domestic graduates with the skills for an international labour market.
Key priorities according the Communication are 1) Mobility and the recognition which this requires, 2) Internationalisation at home, including digital learning, and 3) Strategic cooperation and partnership, including capacity building.
