November 4-5, 2020
As a network of European universities, we have always worked online and met at least twice a year at a university campus. However, under the current circumstances, we will have to continue to work and meet online for this years' Aurora Autumn Biannual.
The Autumn Aurora Biannual will start on Wednesday morning November 4th, until Thursday early afternoon November 5th 2020.
All components of a regular biannual will be integrated into the Gatherly platform. Gatherly is a platform where engaging in online conferences can be organized. A guide can be found here. The biannual programme consists of an Aurora Universities Network Plenary and an Aurora European University Alliance Plenary, informal breaks, and of parallel sessions of groups, active in the Network and/or the Alliance. Also, during this year’s Biannual, a reception is planned where President David Richardson and Simon Anholt will give speeches.
Participants of this year’s Biannual will need to register with the Aurora office to receive a login code. As all (or most) participants will take part in one or more group sessions, we kindly ask all participants to liaise with the chair of the group sessions they will be joining. This will allow us to make sure that no group will exceed the maximum number. Also, all participants should liaise with their institutional coordinator first before contacting the office.
